UPDATE! There is not any firewood available at Theilman. The gentlemen that normal sells the firewood doesn't have any.

As stated above, DNR certified firewood is available at most Kwik Trips, and you are allowed to cut firewood found on state forest land.

Yes. No cutting down a live tree.

Definitly no need for that. There's plenty of fallen trees around.

Ride looks to be great fun. Would like to bring my 13 year old son along. Is there much of a turn out for younger riders and is it required that he will need an AMA card for this ride also?

You'll find that this is mainly a family event and there are kids of all ages riding around. There is a dedicated kids loop for the little kids and several of the main loops are easily ridden on smaller bikes. I think he can use your AMA card but the crew working signup will know for sure.
