We rode Blackriver Falls on Sun 1 loop north 2 loops south. The new loop is open lot of new trail some old. The new isn't even burned in. Arrowed well. I think it's about 10 mile. I didn't keep track on the miles.. A great day ride

Thanks for the report, Ray. I'll be spending 2 months in Wisc this summer, and am thinking about hitting that new loop while I'm up there. What is the deal with the permits? Can they be purchased at the parking area, or would I have to run into BRF itself?

Are you referring to the ATV trails out of BRF? Or some single track? I will also be spending a lot of time in the area since the family recently purchased some cabin property on Lake Arbutus near Hatfield. I understood the atv trails had motorcycle restrictions...street legal. What are your suggestions for places to ride?

I should also be in the area over Memorial weekend if you had definite plans to ride. Where? What time? How many people?

I'll be at Theilman Friday/Saturday/Sunday with a blue chevy crew cab truck probly set up near sign in if you want to meet.

Thanks!

They have two single track loops at Black River Falls. They are connected together by a short stretch of atv trail that you'll have to ride down. Otherwise dirtbikes aren't allowed on the atv trail. But It sounds like there's a third loop now. I don't know anything about that.

IF Huntersville gets no rain (and it doesn't look good), it SUCKS. So there's a good chance a return trip to BRF is in order this coming weekend!! Should be perfect as they have been getting real good moisture (plus it is less than HALF the drive!!...for me anyway)

Grunks-
I am looking to get some saddle time this weekend. Planning on huntersville, as I have never ridden there. However long way to go solo. BRF may be in order... I am on the fence but leaning towards the enduro.

My bike is loaded up and ready to ride, has been for a month. Anyone from the Cities want to ride this weekend? From the ride reports here, BRF sounds like the place to be.
